returns policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All standard items can be returned and refunded or exchanged within the above time. The product must still be in the same condition as delivered, unworn and with the original packaging.

To let us know you would like to return your item send us an email to hello@tinkerandstitch.co.uk along with your order number. We will come back to you within 24-48 hours.

Items are returned at your own cost and we will provide a returns address once you let us know you plan to return the item. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days via the same payment method that you used once we have the item back with us.

Made to order items can't be returned unless faulty and you must let us know about the fault within 48 hours of delivery. 

Faulty items outside of the 48 hours will be considered on a case by case basis.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
